Kabag IT
Job Description:
  1. As project leader of ERP both functional and technical.
  2. Responsible to ensure manufacture module and planning is implemented well.
  3. Responsible to ensure technical or report done well.
  4. Responsible to ensure ERP goes live on time and performing well.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s) : Microsoft Office.
  • Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Indonesia.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably supervisor/coordinators specializing in IT/ Computer-network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
  • Preferably having experience in implementation of ERP system minimum twice.
  • Preferably having working experience in consulting.
  • Having certified in project management skill would be an advantage.
  • Understand reporting and back up ERP database.
  • Comprehending the flow process.

HRD-Training, Assessment & People Development Officer
Job Description:
  • Melakukan standarisasi job summary & job evaluation.
  • Melakukan Training Need Analysis (TNA) dan laporan hasil analisa TNA.
  • Membuat jadwal training tahunan.
  • Melakukan persiapan training termasuk didalamnya menyusun modul training, menjadi trainer, memantau perkembangan peserta setelah training.
  • Memastikan record training karyawan terdokumentasi dengan baik.
  • Melakukan evaluasi training tahunan.
  • Membuat sertifikat training untuk seluruh karyawan yang telah mengikuti training.
  • Memastikan proses promosi karyawan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan jadwal yang ditentukan.
  • Melakukan counseling untuk karyawan promosi di level Operator dan Kepala Regu.
  • Mengkoordinir pembuatan Matriks Skill karyawan dan monitoring update matriks skill setelah training.
  • Membuat kaleidoskop setiap akhir tahun.
Requirements:
  • D-3 semua jurusan
  • Berpengalaman di bidang HR Development min. 1 tahun
  • Lebih disukai memiliki pengalaman sebagai trainer/fasilitator.
  • Komunikatif, dinamis, percaya diri, kreatif dan inovatif.
  • Multitasking, berorientasi pada target dan terbiasa bekerja dengan
  • Menguasai Ms. Office, program edit foto dan video.

Responsibilities:
  • Software Engineer
  • Project management
  • Enterprise application developer (web based & desktop bassed)
  • Melakukan set up dan troubleshooting PC user
  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan Maintenance untuk set up dan troubleshooting PABX, CCTV, Finger print, network (switch LAN-wireless-WAN-VPN)
  • Melakukan set up, troubleshooting dan maintenance server
  • Melakukan maintenance database dan aplikasi Personalia, Payroll, Accurate, TPM, Finger print
  • Maintenance internet, router, e-mail, antivirus, firewall
  • Melakukan preventive maintenance secara berkala
  • Melakukan analisa flow proses untuk kebutuhan pembuatan program
  • Mebuat program dan user manual dari program tersebut untuk kebutuhan perusahaan

Requirements:

Wakasi PPC Master Production Schedulle (MPS)
Job Description:
  • Berkoordinasi dengan marketing dalam hal penerimaan dan update order produksi marketing
  • Melakukan input data order produksi dari marketing
  • Membuat dan melakukan perencanaan , update dan monitoring
  • Melakukan kontrol order produksi
  • Membuat dan melakukan update Monitoring Kapasitas Produksi (MKP)
  • Berkoordinasi dengan planner dalam penentuan jumlah MP (man power) dan OT  (over time) berdasarkan MKP
  • Melaporkan abnormalitas kapasitas jadwal produksi kepada Manager PPIC
  • Mengikuti rapat Line Load Produksi
  • Mengatur jadwal pelaksanaan stock opname
Requirements:
  • Pendidikan S-1 teknik industry atau teknik lain yang relevan dengan IPK min 3,0
  • Pengalaman min. 1 tahun di bidang yang sama
  • Menguasai Ms. Office lebih disukai mampu mengoperasikan macro-excel
  • Memiliki kreativitas, inovasi, daya analisa dan problem solving yang tinggi
  • Mempunyai kemampuan koordinasi, teamwork dan komunikasi yang baik
  • Memahami ISO 9001:2008/9001:2015, 5R/5S, QMS (Quality Management System)
