PDv Officer

Responsible :

• Manage implementation of Performance Management System
• Manage implementation of Employee Promotion & Movement
• Review HR system & implementation
• Organization Development (Structure, Roles & KPI)
• HO Training & Event Management

Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree in Psychology
• Have experience 1-2 years as Recruitment Officer & PDv
• Skill Required : Psychological tools (Interpreation) and BEI (Behavioral Event Interview)
• Mastering about Assessment, development and training
• Fluent english both oral & written
• Placement in Bintaro

Senior Legal Officer

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bintaro.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators
